Simplify your electronics workflow with the ultimate All-in-One Component Tester. Whether you're a seasoned pro, a hobbyist, or repairing a circuit board, this device gives you fast, accurate readings for nearly any component, saving you time and guesswork.
⚡ Smart One-Button Testing
No more complex setups or manual identification. Simply insert your component—transistor, diode, capacitor, or resistor—and press the button. The tester automatically identifies the component and its key parameters, displaying them clearly on the backlit color screen.
🔥 Built-In Anti-Burn Protection
Test with confidence. The device features an intelligent anti-burn mechanism that automatically discharges undischarged capacitors upon connection. This humanized safety feature protects both the meter and your components from accidental damage.
🛠️ Unmatched Versatility for Your Bench
This single device replaces half your toolbox. It's designed to measure a massive range of components with precision:
- Transistors: NPN, PNP, MOSFETs, JFETs, IGBTs
- Diodes: Standard Diodes, Zener Diodes (up to 32V), & Triodes
- Passive Components: Resistors (0.01$\Omega$ - 50M$\Omega$), Capacitors (25pF - 100mF), & Inductors (10uH - 1000uH)
- SMD & IR: Includes innovative, replaceable test boards to easily handle tiny SMD components. It also features NEC infrared signal decoding to test your remote controls.
🔋 Designed for Pro-Level Analysis
Compact, stylish, and fully portable, this tester is powered by a 300mAh rechargeable lithium battery (via USB Type-C). For more advanced work, you can connect it to your PC via USB to export test data as an Excel file, allowing for in-depth analysis and record-keeping.

This tester is capable of correctly testing components that the LCR-TC2 fails with. For instance, I have a picture of CTB-34. It shows on the component that it consists of 2 diodes. However, when this same component is tested on the LCR-TC2, it fails and identifies it as 2 resistors. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with the LCR-TC2 and buy the LCR-P1 instead! I hope they continuously update the firmware to make it even better!
This device outshines the T7 tester in many ways, offering identical functions plus added protections like safeguarding charged capacitors and upgradeable firmware. While its transistor and capacitor analysis runs a bit slower than the T7, its measurement accuracy is solid for everyday use, just don’t expect laboratory-level precision. For quick diagnostics and routine checks, it’s absolutely ideal. Having experience with Fnirsi’s products, I can say they consistently deliver reliable semi-professional tools that also appeal to serious hobbyists.
This goes to show you what ~10yrs of product evolution will get you. In one of my photos you can see what basically amounts to an old version of this device which I got it as a kit a number of years ago. It still works, but it does not have: * High-ish resolution color display * Zener diode measurements * An additional digit of measurement granularity (for some measurements) * A rechargeable lithium battery (USB C) * IR decoder * Alternative test contacts for SMD devices (truth be told the old kit version does have a few things that I never used, like a really primitive "function generator" - but as I never used that stuff I'm not gonna miss it). If this device is (as I strongly suspect) an evolution of the kit version, I can say with confidence that this is a piece of equipment you *really* want to have in your lab. It is simple to use and saves all kinds of staring at data sheets for "which pin is which" etc. The bang for your buck you get for this device is kind of off the hook. If you're into electronics you really want one of these - they are awesome. All five stars for this. Price per unit is fair.
I've been looking for a hobby LCR meter for the longest time and hoping to get a free one from work. This popped up, and I didn't realize something could be so capable and pocket size. The display is beautiful, clear crisp, great contrast and color ! It processes type of device and values relatively quickly. Also gives a great amount of detail. I was impressed with all of the methods of measuring components; it was well thought out. It would be great to see the SMD and through hole measurement pads built into the unit by maybe rotating the measurement area opposed to swapping out boards. Also, a little nook for the probes to stow away. BUT, the value you get out of this compared to other LCR meters!! For what I use it for, at hobby level, it's a must have tool.
This tester does it all. Rechargeable battery power, and super small, traveling from tool box to work bench with ease. On board zero insertion socket makes sorting components a breeze. Included test clips that let you get right onto component legs for analysis. It even comes with flat testing platform for sorting through SMD components. Capacitors, Zeners, Resistors, Diodes, Transistors no problem. The bright color screen shows configuration, pinouts, and values. Instructions say it can translate and test IR. Trying 5 different working remotes, readings when they did appear, were consistent.
