HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders from our store typically ship within 6 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 11 to 19 days.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING:

Tracking numbers can take 2 - 4 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@voaty.com to send you updates.

 

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER:

Orders from our store typically ship within 6 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 11 to 19 days.

If your order has not arrived after 9 - 15 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), don't hesitate to get in touch with us for timely support.
